I have spent over 12 years in the Swiss corporate world – most recently as a Quality Manager in the food industry – and I understand the pressures, deadlines and mental load professionals face daily. I know what it’s like to manage tight schedules while striving to stay calm, productive and balanced. That’s exactly why I bring yoga, meditation and mindful movement into the workplace: to support high-performing teams in managing stress, building resilience and finding more ease in their workday. With a background in Food Engineering and Human Nutrition, I combine my understanding of corporate dynamics with experience of teaching yoga, meditation and movement practices. My sessions are down-to-earth, accessible and tailored to meet your team’s unique needs – whether you’re looking to reduce tension, support mental wellbeing or simply offer your employees a moment of calm in their busy day.

Whether your team is working remotely or on-site, these classes are designed to reduce stress, ease tension and support overall wellbeing: physically and mentally. Those sessions are adapted to your team’s needs, time and energy: from energizing morning flows to calming lunchtime resets or end-of-day unwinds. No previous yoga experience is needed – just a willingness to pause, breathe and move.

Available online, on-site or hybrid in Zürich / Glattpark or close around. Possible: weekly, bi-weekly or one-time sessions during team events or similar.


Interactive and science-based. This 1–3 hour workshops combine clear theory with hands-on individual and team exercises to support mental well-being, stress resilience and healthier team dynamics. Each session is tailored to meet your team’s particular needs, with relevant tools and strategies that can be used right away – at work and beyond. Possible topics: Stress Management, Resilience, Burnout Prevention.

This workshop can be combined with a tailored yoga session if you want to add more energy and movement to your Team Day or other company event.


A practical and accessible course designed to help you build your own independent meditation practice with no apps, gadgets or other tools needed. Over 1-3 sessions, you’ll learn a simple, evidence-based technique specifically focused on reducing stress and mental fatigue. With regular practice, many participants also experience improved focus, better sleep, enhanced creativity and a greater sense of balance and calm.

This course can be delivered in person (at your office or in a studio), online or hybrid – flexible to fit your team’s needs.
