Group Yoga Class
A shared space to practice Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa elements, Yin Yoga and/or MFR techniques, in a group of people that are a part of supportive community and enjoy moving together.

Private 1:1
Personalized 1:1 sessions to meet your individual goals and unique needs. Also for those who wants some more space and intimacy. Can be arranged at your comfort at home or in a yoga studio.
