Dance & Movement Sessions
In our fast-paced, thinking-heavy world, it’s easy to disconnect from our bodies. Most of us live from the neck up, constantly planning, doing and holding it all together. Dance & Movement approach invites you to shift that. This practice invites something softer. A return. To come home to yourself through movement. Back into the body, into presence, into feeling, into our own truth. Rooted in mindful movement, improvisation and elements of Dance & Movement Therapy, these sessions are about expression (not performance or choreography). They are about listening to what lives inside of you and letting it move in its own way, at its own pace. Together, through guided explorations and playful improvisation we will dive into themes like grounding, freedom, boundaries, connection and self-expression. It’s a space to move, breathe, feel and simply be. You will be witnessed and you will witness others. All held in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment. No dance experience needed, but just a curious heart and an open body, willing to try something new. So come and move with me. Come as you are. There’s no right or wrong way. Only your way. And that’s the most beautiful dance there is.

Mindful Dance is a unique space where movement meets mindfulness, improvisation and connection. In this workshops, we shift from thinking to feeling – letting the body guide the way through intuitive, free-flowing movement. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, move through emotions or simply enjoy mindful movement in community – you’re warmly welcome.

● Grounding, release and playful exploration
This practice is for everybody with no dance experience is needed. Just bring an open mind, a curious body and a willingness to move and explore further. It is not about steps or performance. It’s about presence, inner listening and freedom of expression.
