What type of Yoga styles do you teach?
I teach a blend of styles: Hatha and Yin Yoga including MFR – myofascial release techniques, with a focus on mindful movement, breathwork and accessibility for all levels.
In which language are the classes taught?
I teach primarily in English. I’m happy to translate into Polish or German if needed. Just let me know before or during the class.
Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?
No, yoga is for everyone, regardless of your current state. Flexibility as well as mobility is something you build over time through consistent practice.
Can beginners join your classes?
Absolutely! My classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all levels, whether you’re completely new or already have some experience.
Are your offers open to everyone? Can I join your classes as a man?
My classes and offers are open to everyone, regardless of gender. Whether you’re seeking balance, flexibility or simply a calm space to reconnect, you’re warmly welcome. And yes – there are men in most classes too, so you won’t be alone!
What should I bring to a yoga class in a studio?
A yoga mat is usually available at the studio, however if you prefer to use your own, feel free to take it with you. Come in comfortable clothing, take a bottle of water with you, also your openness and curiosity. Props like blocks, straps and blankets are usually provided.
What do I need for an Outdoor yoga practice?
For the Outdoor Yoga, which is teached in Hatha style, you would need to bring your own mat. If you have, feel free to take yoga blocks or other props that will help you with the practice outside. Maybe take a blanket or jacket in case it’s a bit chilly. If you don’t have yoga mat yet and would need some quidance on how to choose one, let me know and I will be happy to give you some advice.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Stretchy leggings, shorts or loose-fitting pants paired with a fitted top work well. For Yin Yoga session take a sweater or warm layer with you as this is a slow, passive practice where we stay in poses for longer and the body cools down. Since blood circulation slows and we’re not moving much, it’s completely natural to feel a bit chilly – especially during stillness or savasana.
How long are the classes?
Class duration varies but typically ranges from 60 to 90 minutes. Check the schedule for specific details as they vary in different locations.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Please let me know about any injuries or conditions before class. I can suggest modifications to make your practice safe and accessible.
How can I sign up for your classes?
All registrations go through Eversports.
I highly recommend downloading the Eversports app on your phone for quick access and future bookings. Just create an account, choose your preferred class package or subscription, and reserve your spot with ease.
What’s the best way to try any class for the first time?
You can book a trial offer called “Intro-Pack 2in1” via Eversports under the Prices section. This gives you access to any 2 trial classes with me, so you can get a feel for my style and the atmosphere before deciding to continue.
What do I need to do to join Outdoor Yoga?
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather, so they are organized through a WhatsApp group to keep things flexible. Click here to join the group and stay updated: Join WhatsApp Group about the coming sessions. You can reserve your spot for this practice via Eversports, as usual.
