Group Yoga Class
A shared space to practice Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, also Myofascial Release elements or a mix of them all, in a group of people that are a part of supportive community, that enjoy moving together.

Online Yoga
A great way to practice yoga conveniently from home, or wherever you are. Online yoga brings the studio to you, making it easier to stay consistent with your practice no matter your schedule or location.
